Her training in clinical sciences shaped how she thinks. Systems matter. Precision matters. But lived experience revealed something equally important: data alone does not explain being human.
She did not leave science. She expanded its vocabulary.
Astrology, Human Design, psychological practice, Thai Traditional Medicine, and anthroposophic study became additional frameworks for pattern recognition. Different tools. Same seriousness.
Today she designs and coordinates programs within civic and climate initiatives, working across institutions while remaining attentive to the human interior. In parallel, she works one-on-one with individuals navigating transition, identity, and meaning.
She founded Good Girls from Neptune to hold conversations that do not fit neatly into categories. Workshops, reading rooms, gatherings. Thoughtful women in the same room. The space is designed, not improvised.
Across all of her work, she is interested in how structure and inner life inform one another.
Working across structure, psyche, and embodied experience.
She operates at the intersection of structure and subtlety. Her work spans embodied healing, interdisciplinary program coordination, and collective initiatives

What I Do
Healing Practice
One-on-one sessions grounded in embodied attention and psychological literacy.
Integrating Western Astrology, Human Design, and interdisciplinary approaches shaped by Thai Traditional Medicine and Anthroposophic study.
Systems & Programs
Designing and holding complex structures without losing human depth.
Program design and coordination, facilitation, institutional collaboration, and climate & civic initiatives.
Collective Spaces
Community as a site of clarity and experimentation. I host and curate workshops, learning gatherings, and collaborative spaces for reflection and inquiry. Good Girls from Neptune is one such space — a constellation of like-minded, spiritually curious women exploring thought, culture, and becoming together.
Not everything that shapes us is visible
Some people come for clarity.
Some come for structure.
Some come because something in their life is shifting.
Wherever you are, there is room to begin.
